I have always been a fan of Sugawara's illusions: he is a very gifted creator. When I saw this simplistic looking trick I was at first a bit put off: it was hard to wrap my mind around exactly what was happening. Before long though, after watching the demonstration video it's impact finally hit me: even though it looks simple the final result seems impossible! It is the simplicity that makes this so effective. It is over priced in my opinion, BUT, realize that you are paying for the genius that is Sugawara..that has to account for something, right?
It is a relatively simple effect to perform and requires NO special hidden moves: everything is done exactly as you see it in the demo video. You receive several copies so you can perform the trick multiple times, but once you run out of the paper disks I do not know how one would replace them. I suspect that SEO would be glad to help you out though: they have always been very good that way. It is fun, simple, yet amazing. It is nice, for a change, to be able to amaze people without having to learn and remember all sorts of tricky moves!
