I love tricks/illusions that make me laugh when I do them to MYSELF because I still cannot believe what I am seeing is actually happening!! Does that make sense? I mean I know how this works now BUT I still feel as though I am moving holes around and along this little rod. I now realize that Mr. SUGAWARA has employed a very special assembly technique, that I believe he developed, into a couple of tricks I now own of his (the other being the DicEscape). He uses it in a completely different manner here in an ingenious way. It is not hard utilizing this unit, BUT it is difficult following the video instructions: they were done too quickly and left me sort of mind boggled!! I know how the stick works, but trying to follow the two hands moving back and forth in front of my eyes, while trying to read the written script (there is no audio save for music) was a feat in and of itself! It will just take time to decipher the DVD, BUT the final result is some outstanding close-up, mind blowing magic!! You get two sticks, one is ungimmicked if you want to try to hand it out for examination. The working prop can NOT be passed out. Odds are your spectator will still be picking their jaw up off the floor, and not thinking about getting their hand on the stick anyway. It really is nicely made and worthy of any fine close-up magic collection.
