An older Tenyo effect re-released and a worthy one. I've had so much fun performing this through the years. It's easy to do though not self-working and can be examined in the end. I'm writing this from my experiences with the first release but this appears to be no different. It's a packet effect I'm glad I own and have been asked many times by fellow magicians where they can get one. It sold out quickly back then and I can only recommend getting one while it's available. The method is diabolical and very clever in Tenyo fashion.
