As I'm writing this, it's out of stock but still wanted to share my opinions on it for when it is available again.
I'm a giant Masuda fan and own his original 1st version of this. I'm now a proud owner of this version whose method of achieving the same goal is entirely different. It's Lars-Peter Loeld's method for moving an hour hand around a clock image, paired with Masuda's brilliant idea of an image of an opened pocket watch.
The price is in the investment range and is this worth investing in? Oh you bet it is! It's a beautiful piece with a great and practical method that doesn't involve any of the frame's edges, so the thing can be examined to the heart's content. This is truly showman level pocket magic that's both simplistic in nature yet attractive to handle and admire. The build quality is commendable to say the least.
If you're thinking of a possible method right now, you'd probably be right. It is that method and very well built and designed.
The envelope isn't required either and a method for performing without it is taught.
