Honeycomb is a quick visual illusion, not what I would call a trick. As simple as it is though it does amaze me how it works. A lot of thought went into the design which is right on par with what you would expect from Tenyo. A hexagonal ring appears to change from all yellow to all black, or visa versa with the flick of your finger. That is if you you do the move perfectly. Practicing in front of a mirror is important, and assembling the rings correctly is even more important. They are made from what appears to be a coated piece of paper that could be damaged easily if not handled carefully. They have to be folded properly and secured with a small piece of double sticky tape. If you do not line things up properly before sticking them together the illusion will not work properly.. so be very careful putting them together. It is an unusual illusion worth owning, but not as exciting as most Tenyo products.
