There is a saying in the magic world that when someone purchases a magic trick, what they are purchasing is the secret and the props are a free bonus. It is true in this case with Masuda's wonderful method for causing a business card to stand upright on its own. What do you get for the price (+ shipping)? Mentally, you get a lot. You learn a clever method for doing the illusion which you'll be able to do for the rest of your life. Is the secret worth the cost? Absolutely!
Now for the prop part of the cost. You don't get much, in fact you don't get much at all. There's some big time profit being made of this one. A small envelope contains everything and when you open it, be careful or the gimmick might pop out and kind of a chore to locate. Yes, it did happen to me. It's my fault, I opened the envelope too eagerly. So, be gentle when discovering this Masuda creation.
The handling is smooth and practical, in typical Masuda fashion. Though the method taught involves a particular method with the gimmick, you'll probably come up with your own ideas with it as I have. There are no threads or body attachments and ready to go at a moment's notice. It's the simplicity of this method that makes it cleverly deceptive. People suspect thread and there is none.
