I received this trick about 10 days before I was able to download English instructions. That was a bit frustrating, but NOT a reason for the 3 star rating. I have tried tricks similar to this before, where a moving object magically stops at a predetermined spot. It can be very mystifying. BUT, they are never foolproof, and this trick is no different. There is a lot involved with the tricks setup. You cannot start right into it. Preparation and wait times are part of it. The method is well thought out: something I expect from Tenyo, but I doubt I will do this more than a couple times, ever. You have to use a material that will need replacement, and if you do not store the disk in the proper orientation you may have to replace it sooner than you want. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase the item Tenyo supplies, you have to buy something similar that personally I do not think will work as well as what is provided. You have to use the trick on a perfectly level platform, and the apparatus that is provided to do the trick on has to kept perfectly clean and scratch free. There are several steps that have to be followed EXACTLY in order for this to work. It took me four tries to finally get things so it worked once. At the discounted price of $18 it may be worth buying just to see all the trouble Tenyo went to to design this, but I would never recommend paying more than that. You certainly could not do this walking from table to table. It has to be setup and prepared well before hand, and I do not thing the final effect is worth all that trouble
