If SEO will allow me, I would like to revise or update my previous 3 star rating. That rating was based on the fact that the gimmick came apart during the tutorial, which should not happen.
I went to the end of the online instruction which shows how to "fix" things for routine maintenance and discovered the problem and I fixed it. I've been practicing with it for over an hour with dozens of times making it rise and I have found that it is very stable and I don't anticipate any future problems.
This is a very practical card rise, that will take a little practice getting used to but now I'm confident I'll use this. I'm happy that I purchased this. I've used three other rising card methods over the years, and this is the best one yet.
