First off, I'm giving this five stars based upon the idea that you would not use the tubes in performance. I'm only using them to store the cans. The tubes are so un-deceptive, I can't imagine it fooling children. Granted, they will wonder how so many cans could be coming from the same tubes. But the attempt to show that the tubes are empty won't fool very many people.
With that said, this is a great production item. It would work great with a Square Circle or similar prop or the paper bag alternative that is presented. These cans are very realistic from just a few feet away. Yes, there are angle issues, but this type of production would presumably be done on a stage or platform or parlor, with the audience mostly in front. The angles aren't horrible, but just something to think about.
Compared to the classic multiplying bottles, this has many advantages. First, you can use it in kids shows and adult shows. The classic multiplying bottles usually used alcohol bottles. Second, each can is the same size as the one before. Finally, these cans represent a much more familiar item. People will assume they are real and will want to know how you got so many into your prop or bag.
So, if you are looking for a production item, this is a good choice.
