This is an interesting piece of Tenyo cleverness. The secret alone had me looking at the front and back in marvel. There is a stipulation you must instruct the spectator when performing and that is they must put the dice or object where it is touching, or at least very close to the frame's base. This could bring suspicion why such a request and if you have a trouble spectator they could disprove your claim by disobeying your instruction even slightly. So you have to make sure you have a cooperative spectator and one who isn't going to put you to the test even slightly.
The frame isn't fully examinable. This is no big deal since the metal plate is and the front side (the side to the spectator) of the frame is solid. The back of the frame can be quickly shown as well (the gimmickry is hidden until ready to perform).
All in all this is a nice piece of Tenyo magic and with an interesting secret that makes it work. The idea is new and unique.
