I received this effect about a week ago. there was some problems with it. nothing like damage to the props being chipped cracked etc. just when I was unpacking the block the paper had stuck to it. I had contacted Viking, since it is there product, they told me some things I could try, and if that did not work, just shipped it back to them, and they will send me a new one. things happen, and just letting you know, you cannot go wrong purchasing a Viking made product. the effect is great, just takes some practice getting use too, like all of them do. just a note: when I did talk to Viking, and told them how they presented it in the video here. he said the top is not made to come off, it is glued and should stay that way. so even though I think the performer in the video does a great job, its not supposed to be done that way. this is no way a negative review, its a great effect, and im just waiting on my new one to arrive. I would add this one too your other effects.
