You are buying a trick here that was invented and sold years ago. It is now being manufacured by an outfit that purchased the rights to it, and has decided to market it as a collectible. To jazz up that marketing ploy they are making it out of modestly expensive materials so they can charge a LOT for it! Why then, did I buy it? Well, I was fooled by the trick and I really liked the way it was presented. Honestly, this entire set up could be made for probably $3 worth of materials if you wanted. It is really a very simple concept, but then most tricks are once you learn the secret, right?! Bottom line, the materials used work very well with the trick, though they are over kill. I also have a very hard time calling this a collectible. I do not think it is worth $99, not even $50: $30 or $40 would be fair to everyone in my opinion! They tricked me into paying $99 for it so i WILL call it a collectible you can bet on that. The secret is fun to know. It is easy to do, BUT you have to watch your angles, no one can be behind you or to your sides. It is not something you should do as an extreme close-up trick either. You now know enough to make an educated purchase!
