Would you like something new "MONTE"?
Magician sets up 3 paper drinking cups in a row on the table.
After pouring water from a 4th cup into one of the cups, magician moves the cups around, as one would do in the famous 3-Card Monte.
This time, however, magician asks the audience, "Where is the water?"
Audience selects a cup, but none of the cups have water.
Magician shows them that the 4th cup has the water.
The effect continues to advance levels of difficulty, and each time the magician moves the cups around and asks, "Where is the water?" but the audience cannot find it.
In the final effect, the magician even turns the cups upside down to show the water is not hiding anywhere.
In the end, even as magician stacks up all of the cups to put away, the water seems to have completely vanished from the table.
