Dice tricks have a long history in Magic , used for many years and made popular in Parlour Magic Performances over a hundred years ago.... they are well known and documented for their use in conjunction with a variety of classic apparatus, this particualr issue has taken its inspiration from the original 'Thayer' Effect called 'Phantom Die' where a solid wooden dice was placed inside a wooden cabinet and then seen to vanish, only to re-appear somewhere else...'No Dice' is a similar effect but uses a much simpler method to bring about this 'instant' vanish...
A large Die is taken out of a hat and the hat is shown empty, The Die is placed into a wooden cabinet where it can be seen at all times...the Magician picks up his Magic Wand and in a flash the die visibly disapears only to be found where it started in the beginning...inside the Hat !!
