Many professional magicians are impressed with this simple but surprising effect, earning it a spot in their TV performance.
Magician shows two decks (red back and blue back) and then displays the red deck to audience.
Audience should remember one card, keeping the face of that card in their imagination.
Next, magician takes out the blue deck and displays to audience, showing that all cards are blank.
The blue deck is divided into two packets, and the magician says that one packet is the "Red Suit" cards, while the other packet is the "Black Suit" cards.
The audience tells the color suit of their card, so magician handles only that packet.
For example, the audience says, "RED", so magician sets aside one packet and works only with the packet of "RED Suit" cards.
Then magician divides that into two smaller packets, representing "Hearts" and "Diamonds".
The audience in this case picks "Hearts", so the magician handles only the packet for "Hearts" .
Now, magician divides the packet again and asks if the card was from "Ace-7" or "8-King".
The audience in this case picks "Ace to 7", so the magician handles only the packet for "Ace to 7" .
The correct packet is dealt one by one face down on the table, as magician identifies each card by pointing and assigning a name, such as Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5,6, and 7.
Audience touches the card that should match their card, while the magician flips over the remaining dealt cards on the table.
Of course, those cards are blank.
Magician allows audience to flip over the final card under their finger.
The face of that card is NOT blank. It is the audience's cards!!!
It's like the strength of their imagination made it real...
