One Card working alone to maintain its color, while all the other cards change around it. It must be a renegade!!
Audience chooses a card from blue-backed deck but doesn't show face to magician.
It goes back into deck, which is shuffled.
Magician makes a mystical gesture to "change the color of the chosen card from blue back to red back."
One red card is found in the deck, but audience says it doesn't match chosen card.
Magician asks audience to name chosen card. That card is the placed on the table face up. Magician flips it over to show that back is still blue. It is called "the renegade" because when the rest of deck is flipped over to reveal back, audience can see that now all the remaining cards have changed to red!
There are 2 choices available:
1) Blue backed changing to Red Backed
2) Red Backed changing to Blue Backed
