Russian roulette with a beverage!
Since there are no knives or guns, it is safe and fun for spectators… even for you!
(Effect)
Magician shows one small cup and several big cups.
Make sure the cups are empty. Beer is poured into the small cup. (Or choose any other liquid, such as beer, wine, soft drink, water, sake…etc…)
While the magician is facing away, a big cup is placed over the small cup filled with liquid in order to hide it.
The rest of the big cups are also turned over. The cups can be lined up in any order.
It is definitely impossible to find out which big cup has the small cup inside.
Now, the magician turns to face front. The magician is trying to ask the spectator, “Where is the liquid?” The spectator has been instructed to say “NO, not that one,” even when the magician points to the correct one.
The magician points out each cup, but the spectator, of course, just says, “NO, not that one.”
As soon as the questions are done, he starts to smash each of the cups, so it is clear that none of them have the small cup inside… until there is just one last cup on the table.
Magician turns over the big cup and finds the small cup underneath.
(NOTE)
Safe style of Roulette—no bullets or knives ---- Perfect for any spectators, even for kids.
Definite Surprise --- Use any drink; even ask spectator to offer some from their own glass.
