It is one of the best mentalism and card magic because the magician predicts a card which is a number freely chosen by audience.

Before starting the effect, magician places the closed box of cards on the table.
Then magician writes something on the back of the plastic card.
The face of the plastic card has the numbers 1- 50.
Have audience circle the number that had thought of.
For this example, lets say the number is 14.
Allow audience to deal the cards (or deal by yourself), counting to the 14th card.
Amazingly, the 14th card matches the prediction from the back of plastic cards
