The spectator chooses one card and signs on it. The card is returned to the deck and shuffled, so it is lost in the deck.
The magician retrieves a card with a strange outline on the back, and then places it on the top.
The strange outlined drawing on the card is a cork from a wine bottle.
The magician retrieves a nice corkscrew out of his pocket.
He asks the spectator to choose one number between 1 and 5.
Let’s say the spectator chose “4”.
The magician pushes the corkscrew into the deck, right where the picture of the cork is drawn, and then rotates it 4 times.
The stack with corkscrew is now shown; the last card impaled by the corkscrew is the card, which had been signed just moments earlier by the spectator.
“High Impact” effect, which is very good for table hopping !
