At the beginning, the magician places one single card, face down, as his prediction card.
Now the magician asks the spectator to choose one number between 1 and 52; however, to make this magic more complicated and more difficult, the magician asks to be given a number that's a little difficult….
Let’s say, “23” is chosen. The magician takes out a deck of cards from the deck case.
Then the cards are handed to the spectator.
The spectator is asked to deal the cards one by one, face up.
The 23rd is “7 of Diamonds”.
The remaining cards are shown, to verify there is no duplicated card in the deck.
Of course, all cards in the deck are different. There are just 52 different cards.
Finally, the magician’s prediction card on the table is turned over.
The prediction card exactly matches the chosen card.
